If you buy your Oscar Deen frames directly through us and they get damaged in any way and we'll replace them for free.
Just email us at orders@oscardeen.com with a little pic of your poorly frames.
However the damage was caused, be it drop, fall or most likely sit...we've got you.
Returns
Full refund on all returns within 14 days of purchase.* Exchange for up to 30 days, glasses must be in an as new condition to qualify. All returns must be sent by recorded delivery. Before posting please email orders@oscardeen.com from the email address used to place your order.
For refunds on orders including a prescription, only the value of the frames minus the cost of the prescription lenses will be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@oscardeen.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
Once an order is placed you should receive your frames within 3 - 5 working days, however for prescription orders this can be up to 10 working days.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: OSCAR DEEN - Eyewear Ltd, 30 Aster Court, London, E5 9GB, United Kingdom with your order number clearly visible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
